New addition with renovations
At Quitsa Overlook – a reimagined gambrel.Originally, this was a gambrel form with a single story gabled roof kitchen addition. To create more bedroom space, office and a family playroom, the existing addition was restructured as a smaller scale gambrel to accommodate a second floor. The main structure was extensively reconfigured inside, re-fenestrated, and re-skinned. The ridgelines descend, following the hillside grade contour, terminating in a Screen Porch.
